Dr. Erwin was born in Charlottesville, Virginia. His medical degree was granted through Louisiana State University in New Orleans, Louisiana. He then attended the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta, Georgia, where he completed an internship and residency and served as chief resident of medicine. A Fellowship in Pulmonary Medicine and Critical Care followed. Dr. Erwin is a Fellow in the American College of Chest Physicians and a member of the American Thoracic Society. He is board certified in Internal Medicine, Pulmonary Medicine and Critical Care, and is qualified in sleep study interpretation... Dr. Hines is a native of Baton Rouge. He received his medical degree through Louisiana State University in New Orleans, Louisiana. An internship and residency was completed at Wake Forest University Medical Center in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. A fellowship in Pulmonary Medicine was completed at Tulane University in New Orleans. Dr. Hines is board certified in Internal Medicine and Pulmonary Medicine, and is qualified in sleep study interpretation. He is a Fellow in the American College of Chest Physicians, and a member of the Louisiana State and East Baton Rouge Parish Medical Societies.
